4th Year Undergraduate studying Mathematics and Computer Science

Interests: Operator Algebras

University of Virginia

I am a 4th year undergraduate currently studying operator algebras under Dr. Benjamin Hayes at the University of Virginia, partially supported by NSF grant DMS-2000105.

I am interested in various areas including:

  • Deformation/Rigidity theory for Groupoid von Neumann algebras
  • Bernoullicity of Algebraic Actions
  • $W^*$-rigidity for Group von Neumann algebras
  • Poisson Boundary theory for Measured Groupoids

During high school, I took a large amount of undergraduate and some graduate courses via dual enrollment at the University of South Florida.

During that time, I received mentorship from Dr. Thomas Bieske and Dr. Brendan Nagle.
